Overview
You are unable to access the Pivotal Toolkit after a migration to Pivotal 663, and you are receiving the following error message when opening it: "Only system administrators can configure the system".
Solution
This issue is caused by user access permissions to the database. Please ensure that the developer/customizer has "dbo" access on BM and Toolkit databases in SQL Server/Oracle. If the user is part of a user group in SQL server, please make sure the group has xp_logininfo
executable permission to the master database.
As this is outside of the support scope for Pivotal, please contact your database administrator in case you need help with user permissions to the database.
